Take your diving to the next level with our NAUI Advanced Open Water Certification Course, held in the stunning waters of Key West, Florida. This hands-on course is designed to boost your confidence and underwater skills through six exciting dives: Navigation, Night, Deep, Boat, Drift, and Dive Computer. Course Overview Day One – Shore & Boat Diving in Key West (Monday) Your adventure begins with a two-tank shore dive at Fort Zachary Taylor State Park in the morning. The first tank will focus on underwater navigation, followed by a dive computer-focused dive to get you dialed in with your digital tools. That evening, we will head out on a charter for a two-tank night experience. The first dive is a twilight dive, just before sunset, followed by a true night dive—both conducted on the same site. This allows you to witness the dramatic shift in marine life from day to night and ensures you've already surveyed the site in daylight. These dives also check off your Boat and Night Diving specialties. Day Two – Wreck Diving the Vandenberg (Tuesday) On day two, we’ll dive the USS Vandenberg, one of the most iconic wrecks in the world. This two-tank boat dive will cover your Deep Dive and Drift Dive as you explore the massive structure and ride the currents that sweep through this legendary site. Learning Format This is a wet classroom experience—minimal classroom time, maximum underwater adventure. You'll complete your eLearning module before arrival, so you're fully prepared to apply what you've learned in real-world conditions.
