Service Description
The Ocean Reef Full Face Mask Course at Black Flag Dive Center offers divers an exciting opportunity to master the cutting-edge Ocean Reef Neptune III Integrated Diving Mask (IDM). This comprehensive course covers everything from the basics of using a full face mask to advanced communication techniques, ensuring divers can explore the underwater world with enhanced visibility, comfort, and safety. Through personalized instruction and hands-on practice, participants will learn how to fully utilize the unique features of the Neptune III IDM, including its integrated communication system and emergency breathing system (EBS), for a safer and more immersive diving experience. Perfect for both beginners and seasoned divers, this course opens the door to a new level of underwater exploration.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling* - Cancellations made **more than 7 days in advance** of the course start date may transfer their deposit to a future course within 6 months. - Cancellations made **within 7 days of the course start date** will forfeit the deposit. - If course materials have been redeemed (online code activated), the **cost of the course materials is non-refundable**, regardless of when cancellation occurs. - Rescheduling is allowed once at no charge if requested **at least 72 hours in advance**. - **No-shows or day-of cancellations** will result in full forfeiture of the course fee. Weather & Dive Conditions** - We reserve the right to reschedule or relocate open water dives due to unsafe weather or poor visibility. - If a dive is postponed due to weather, we’ll work with you to reschedule at no additional cost. Medical & Academic Requirements** - All participants must complete a medical questionnaire and be cleared by a physician if required. - Online academics must be completed **prior to the first in-person session**. Equipment Policy** - Personal gear (mask, fins, snorkel, boots) is **not included** and must be purchased prior to the first in-water session. - Students are required to use gear that fits them properly to ensure comfort and success in the course. - Our dive shop offers fittings and a **10% discount** on personal gear purchases for enrolled students.
